The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Center for Health Statistics created these charts with direction from the FNS Supplemental Food Programs Division. These charts focus only on WIC aged children, making documentation and tracking easier.The WIC logo has been added to the border of the growth chart. Black and white and colored versions are available.
